Once your account is deleted, all your data including business information, sales records, inventory, and reports will be permanently removed from our systems.

What will be deleted

Deleting your account will permanently remove the following data:

  • Your personal profile and login credentials
  • All business information and settings
  • Sales history and transaction records
  • Inventory and product data
  • Customer and supplier records
  • Employee and user accounts linked to your business
  • Generated reports and documents
  • Active subscriptions (no refunds will be issued for unused periods)

What we may retain

In accordance with our legal obligations, we may retain certain data even after account deletion:

  • Transaction and payment records required for tax and accounting compliance
  • Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you

How to delete your account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Retill account:

Log in to your Versified Account

Visit https://retill.versified.com.gh and sign in with your registered email address and password.

Go to Account Settings

Click on your profile icon or name in the top right corner, then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to the Danger Zone

Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page to find the "Danger Zone" or "Delete Account" section.

Request Account Deletion

Click on "Delete Account". You will be asked to confirm your decision by entering your password or a confirmation phrase.

Confirm Deletion

Review the information about what will be deleted, then confirm. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
